I have a deep belief in the powerful connection between mind and body. As a busy mum and seasoned fitness professional, I understand the real-life pressures that many of us face. My own experience with anxiety led me to discover a more holistic approach to wellness - combining Pilates, gentle movement and meditation. These tools have been key to my own healing and happiness, and I’m passionate about sharing them with others.
